Caused through an earthquake of a new social network platform caused a mass movement from Facebook & Co with no similar historically analogy. As I was invited to Googe+ there were more than 10 Mio. user on, after one week 20 Mio. and now, only Google will know the right amount of user! But who will be the winner and who will be the victims in the future of this social network tsunami? Taken the counts of users for granted, it’s a real tsunami and it will grow exponentially in the near future!

In the first round Google is the winner and the revenue and earnings out of marketing and advertisements will explode. Millions of user pump in their personal data and interests for free. We get a new social media toy for free and start to play! Google have at the moment more than 20 Mio test user and free user feed back, it’s amazing! Imagine the car industry will have such an amount of test user! The development of the new e-mobile cars were finished today.

Companies and persons who want to make marketing are winners too, if they can take the advantage of early movers, can communicate in the social network and combine a lot of followers behind them.

At the moment we can observe, that the Google+ is growing like a brain of a new born baby. A lot of impressions come together and over float the new human being. We see hundreds and millions of 2 second statements, placed in 2 seconds and be read and answered in 2 seconds. The advantage is that a neuronal network is growing and you can find a loot of new inspirations. But not to deep and in many cases hundreds of users follow one person and comments like lol, coll, awesome!, ….. are in the air.

Nothing but hot air!…………………

If you write an article that goes a little bit deeper, nothing happened. At the moment, I see a lot of fun here and everybody is playing with Google+, a lot of energy is invested, a huge playground that brings together people from different cultures, continents and different privileged classes.

But in my point of view this is only the fist step and only the first step in a coming revolution of social networks. How the social network will change our life in the near future, nobody knows??? I hope the best!

In the Arabic world we have different revolutions, based on the possibility to share knowledge at Facebook and Twitter without been controlled from the governmental security forces. They fight for the right for a life in and with freedom; they fight for a democratic world to participate to develop their countries to become a better place in the future. I wish you all the best to reach your goals!

In our occident cultural, we have already the democratically basics and our focus on the social networks are marketing and fun bases aspects to enforce the individuality in every person who participate. Some activities will run out of the social networks in to our real live like Guerilla-Gardening, Adbusting, Flashmobs, Planking, Containern,…. creative fun activities based on the same interested of the participants.

These movements grow so dramatically in a short time period that no politician can follow and the laws will be outdated when they are released, because the new social technology is changing and expanding so fast.

Companies will also profit in marketing and advertisements, and innovative workers in a company can establish a benefit by using social networks. They will easily find new impulses, new ideas, new movements and new contacts in the social network. A huge benefit for companies!

But what about the employees who are only chatting uncontrolled hot air into the social networks. A decrease of efficiency will be the result and in worst cases every one can see whole company structures, names with expertise’s transparent in the net, for head hunters an easy way to hunt experts.

In times of over flowing email accounts and in addition to that an expanding degree of communication on social networks an employee possibly will take every lack of concentration in work to look into the social network, what/who is on at the moment? Or the automatically pop up of every message distributes the concentration and the employee is lost in the virtual word! Companies should be also the victims of the tsunami and nobody can count how many money will wasted by these activities. 2 second messages hot air, no value! But we are all in a social network. Great!

Companies have to react with new strategies to implement social networks in a strategic way to receive a benefit out of these new technological approaches. They need to find answers on the information over flow and strategies to reduce the information for every employee to the valuable minimum. Knowledge management and knowledge nets are one answer, but they have to be implemented in a company strategically. Companies who are aware of this will be the winner in the near future; the other companies will loose a lot of money and efficiency.

For me as a knowledge manager it is magnificent to be part of the revolution and see what is happening. I can help companies not to die on the information over flow!

One other solution is to design new workplaces and desks without a computer. If you take care in your architectural design of offices, your employees will gain the freedom to work concentrated with their own brain, not distributed from emails and social network hot air overflow. If they need the internet they have to move into a other room.

We are in front of a revolution and the tsunami called Google+ is only one small knell to further developments. Nobody will know what is happening in the near future!

Here one personal appeal to the word community of social network user!

Is Google+ a social network???? Or only a network of fun?????

Let’s not forget that we are all human beings with feelings and whishes.

On the one hand we have enough food and are living in a land of floating honey in rivers. On the other hand are people dying in eastern of Africa, children are dying………

This problem is not causes by the poor harvest in this year; it is caused by humans only interested in their own advantages over years. I know history is always an overthrow of old forces with new forces and every time some forces take the personal advantage and concentrate power and revenue, other are suffering hunger!

I’m dreaming of a better world where no one needs to suffer hunger or die, it’s achievable, we have enough food on earth but on the one place to much on the other nothing.

Problems made from humans for humans. We all know how to live in peace and harmony; we have the knowledge, the power and money to save thousands of people in eastern of Africa. Facebook and Twitter were able to start revolution in the Arabic world, is Google+ able to save live?

Is Google+ a !!! social !!! network??????   Not only a tool for 2  second news?

At the moment we are all investing fun power to Google+ and forget about people dying in Africa. Let’s combine the power of over 20 Mio. users of Google+ to save Africa!

Convince me that Google+ is a human social network to empower a force to save life on earth!

Not only Google+ also Facebook, Twitter & Co can help to make it happen. We are a community of experiences human beings; we are well educated and have ideas every day, let’s find ideas and put them to activities to save children and adults in eastern of Africa!

Or is that Google+ posting to deep and not cool?

Sorry for my bad English but it is an intrinsic power in me to send out this message, this vision for a better world!
